General terms and conditions for the use of gift cards

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE OF GIFT CARDS

The Gift Card (the Card) is the property of its issuer (hereinafter, MUNDO YOGA), whose identity is stated on the Card itself or in the e-mail sending the virtual Card, the bearer being a mere depositary of the Card.
The Card is available in the following formats:
2.1 Virtual format, which is sent by e-mail to the recipient;
2.2 In PDF format, which can be downloaded once the payment and purchase have been confirmed;
The Card allows you to purchase any item on sale in the online store MUNDOYOGA.COM.
The Card can be paid through any of the payment methods accepted in our online store. In no case it can be paid with another gift card.
The balance on the Card cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash. However, as with other products offered for sale in our online store MUNDOYGA governed by the same conditions as the physical products, will be accepted the return of the Card that has not been used, within the following deadlines and in any case respecting the legally established deadline:
The virtual Card purchased at MUNDOYOGA.COM may be returned within a maximum period of ONE MONTH from the date of sending by MUNDO YOGA of the virtual Card to the recipient of the same. The amount paid for the Card will be refunded in the same manner in which it was paid.
The Card may be used as many times as desired until the total amount for which it has been issued is used up.
The available balance on the Card at any time is the difference between the available balance at the time immediately prior to making a purchase and the corresponding amount used to pay for such purchase. If the purchase exceeds the available balance on the Card, the difference may be paid by any form of payment accepted in our online store MUNDOYOGA.COM.
Products purchased with the MUNDO YOGA Card are subject to the same return and exchange policy as all other products purchased in our online store.
In your case, the refund of the amount of the products purchased with the Gift Card that are returned will be made in the following way:
9.1 A new discount code will be generated with the amount of the return;
9.2 Shipping costs are not refundable, except for error or product damaged in transit;
The Card is a bearer document. The responsibility for the use and custody of the Card rests solely with the Cardholder. The Card will not be replaced in the event of theft, loss, misplacement or damage, although MUNDO YOGA reserves the right to replace the Card in the event of a change in the format of the Card.
If the virtual Card is purchased from MUNDOYOGA.COM, MUNDO YOGA shall not be liable for non-receipt or delay in receipt of the Card by the recipient for reasons beyond the control of MUNDO YOGA, including, without limitation, (i) failure or breakdown of telecommunications lines or systems, (ii) delay in the transmission of information or data or loss of information or data that may result from any of the circumstances listed in (i) above, (iii) inaccuracy of the virtual Card recipient data provided by the purchaser of the virtual Card, (iv) failure to deliver the Card to the e-mail account provided, or (v) consideration of e-mail sent by MUNDO YOGA as spam or junk mail.
Cards originally obtained in an unlawful manner will be void, may not be used for the purchase of products and will not be refunded.
The Card may not be used for advertising or promotional purposes for products or services marketed by third parties other than the issuer of this Card, unless previously authorized in writing by the issuer.
The acquisition and/or use of the Card implies the full acceptance of these general conditions, which have been delivered at the time of the acquisition of the Card and are available in our online store MUNDOYOGA.COM
