YOGA CARDS It is a deck of 60 cards, which contain on one side the Asanas (postures of yoga) and on the other side, their benefits, precautions and an illustration of how to perform them with supports
We have chosen the 60 main Asanas, some of them are: Tadasana, Paschimottanasana, Uttanasana, Virabhadrasana, Sarvangasana, Sirsasana, Adho Mukha Svanasana, among others.
It also brings a booklet with more than 80 pathologies and their corresponding healing series, where we propose how to treat colds, coughs, insomnia, lumbago, anemia, and many other ailments. In the last editions and through social networks, we propose new series (elaborated by different teachers) such as: anxiety, stress, depression, anorexia and more!
Each pathology or discomfort indicates which cards to use to build the corresponding healing series.
The YogaCards are divided into three levels:
basic (turquoise color), medium (green color) and advanced (red color)
And they are bilingual: Spanish/English.
how to use them?
You can build your own healing series guided by the Glossary according to what you want to treat, or, if you want to play, you can draw cards at random to see what destiny suggests.
how long should I hold each posture?
When we practice Asana it is important to hold, to go through the feeling of tiredness and laziness and to observe the reactions of the body, so you can judge how long you should hold the posture. Hold the posture, work without falling into comfort.
who is it for?
To all people, men and women who are approaching the Yoga and to those who have a regular practice.
Of all ages, of all colors, of all heights, weights, political, religious ideas, ..
You can use it as a travel kit to take care of your health through body work, play and as a collector's item because of its attractive design.
You can practice at home, in the park, in the street or on the roof of a building. All you need is the desire and the impetus to do it.
