The chakras are psychic centers found in the physical body through which energy must circulate. These psychic centers govern various aspects of our life, causing any emotion or thought to disturb or destabilize the energy that circulates through them.

The chakras are located from the coccyx to the crown of the head and are distributed in seven different points of the anatomy of the human being.

The third chakra (Manipura) has the properties of fire. It is the chakra of activity, individuality and will, but also of fullness, generosity and the wisdom to let go, to be spontaneous and flexible.

The third chakra is yellow or golden. It is located in the solar plexus and is related to our digestive system. It is also in charge of regulating the functioning of the liver, the digestive organ in charge of detoxifying, cleansing the blood, analyzing the nutrients in food and discarding what is not useful. It is also associated with the pancreas, the whose function is the production of digestive enzymes and insulin, which regulates the amount of sugar in the blood.
