The original yoga mat from India. The name "Mysore" refers to a city in India, where there are many schools of yoga. Almost all of them are equipped with this type of mat.

We can recommend the "Mysore" mat especially for practitioners who sweat a lot during their practice, as for example in Ashtangayoga and Bikramyoga.

Also very useful to cover a PVC mat, for example the mat in the center of yoga. This way you have a personal and hygienic surface.
