It is a particularly important healing stone for the heart. Because it ensures sensitivity and romance. It is the stone of lovers, because it awakens longings and desires. In particular, receptivity to love is enhanced by the rose quartz. Through it, the lover floats once again on cloud nine. It is therefore not surprising that the rose quartz also ensures that fears in relationships and fears about lack of understanding or dealing with other people disappear.
Garnet is a very energizing and regenerating stone. It cleanses and energizes the chakras. It inspires love, passion and devotion, bringing serenity when appropriate. In ancient India, garnet was considered as a fire of eternal transformation and, as in Buddhism, it is considered a sacred stone.
Crystal Quartz (or Rock Quartz) elevates and intensifies all vibrations. That is why it is present in almost all blends. It optimizes its effect in combination with other stones, i.e. it moderates too intense stones and gives strength to weaker ones. Rock crystal has a harmonizing effect on all chakras.
