It also strengthens assertiveness and allows you to react much better, favoring group stability. Chalcedony can also protect against melancholy, sleep disorders and nightmares. It is a stone that encourages reflection and meditation.
Crystal Quartz (or Rock Quartz) elevates and intensifies all vibrations. That is why it is present in almost all blends. It optimizes its effect in combination with other stones, i.e. it moderates too intense stones and gives strength to weaker ones. Rock crystal has a harmonizing effect on all chakras.
