This meditation zafu is filled with spelt husk. Spelt is a cereal and its husk has been used since the Middle Ages.

Me gusta el diseño, pero no me esperaba que para lavar la funda haya que vaciarlo de todas la semillas de espera, no creo que luego pueda volverlo a rellenar por eses apertura tan estrecha. Un fallo muy gordi, después de lo que cuesta. Si hay otra solución para su lavado, por favor, dígamelo.
